On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the third learning session, which also served as a creative skills project, was successfully conducted as part of the AKSARA Program at Sanggar Merah Merdeka Unit Tales Wonokromo. The activities began with a group prayer and an ice-breaking session to enhance the participants’ focus, enthusiasm, and readiness for learning.
In the Akar PAUD class, children were introduced to the alphabet letters A–Z and participated in a mosaic-making activity using pieces of origami paper arranged according to the initials of their names. This activity aimed to strengthen letter recognition while encouraging creativity and fine motor development.
In the Akar A class, participants practiced writing their nicknames and then decorated them with colorful origami pieces. This activity helped improve children’s creativity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills through a fun and engaging learning experience.
Meanwhile, in the Akar B class, participants explored various objects with circular shapes found in their surroundings. After identifying these objects, they were encouraged to transform circles into creative drawings based on their imagination. This activity promoted creativity, observation skills, and self-expression.
In the Tunas A class, participants engaged in a simple paper-weaving activity designed to develop concentration, accuracy, patience, and fine motor coordination. The children followed instructions carefully and showed enthusiasm while completing their weaving projects.
At the same time, participants in the Dahlia class learned about body parts and family trees through illustrated learning materials and interactive quizzes. The activities encouraged active participation and helped students improve their English vocabulary and understanding of family relationships in an enjoyable way.
Overall, the learning session ran smoothly, and the participants demonstrated high levels of creativity, enthusiasm, and engagement throughout the activities. The program concluded with presentations of the children’s work, followed by an evaluation and reflection session, a closing prayer, and farewell greetings. The activities provided meaningful learning experiences while supporting the development of creativity, communication skills, and self-confidence among the participants.
