Art Exchibition by Class Of 2023 Teacher Education Earl Childhood Education

Surabaya, December 20, 2023 - The Bachelor's Degree Program in Early Childhood Education (PG-Paud) at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, held an exhibition on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, to realize the drawing project taught throughout the semester. The exhibition was attended by all students of the 2023 cohort, consisting of 7 classes: A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. On the first day, the event began with a welcome speech from the lecturer of the Early Childhood Drawing Learning course, Dr. Nurul Khotimah, S.Pd., M.Pd. In her speech, she mentioned that despite the exhibition being held amid the Final Semester Exams, the 2023 cohort could still do their best in organizing it, and she appreciated their effort. After her speech, the event officially commenced.
The first day featured presentations from 3 classes: A, F, and G. Starting with class A, themed "NATURALISTIC," they showcased various artworks depicting their theme. Class A not only presented paintings but also exhibited handmade creations. Class F, with the theme "FAUNA WORLD," showcased various paintings in line with their theme, with decorations depicting both land and aquatic animals. Class G, themed "THE LUXURY OF DISNEY," not only presented artworks but also provided treats for the attendees. The second day featured presentations from two other classes: B and C. Class B focused on the theme "BEAUTIFUL NATURE SCENERY," presenting decorations and artworks in line with their theme. Class C presented the theme "SPIRIT OF WONDERLAND" with corresponding decorations and artworks. The third day showcased presentations from classes D and E. Class D presented the theme "WATER SOURCE OF LIFE," and "COLORFUL NATURALISTIC."
The exhibition concluded successfully on the last day, thanks to the dedication of the 2023 cohort, guided by Dr. Achmad Syadullah, M.Pd., and the organizing committee, also from the 2023 cohort, consisting of responsible parties for the Early Childhood Drawing Learning course and class representatives. Despite being new students experiencing the university world for the first time, the 2023 cohort effectively and successfully organized the event, showcasing their enthusiasm for the academic environment.
