The Early Childhood Education (ECE) Study Program of Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) conducted a Teaching Practitioner activity as part of the course Daycare (TPA) Management. This activity aimed to provide students with practical insights into the management and organization of early childhood daycare institutions.
The session featured Fatimah, M.Pd, an early childhood education practitioner from Al Falah Assalam Surabaya, as the guest speaker. During the activity, the speaker shared experiences related to the management of daycare services, including administrative organization, program planning, caregiver roles, and ensuring quality care and education for young children.
Through this Teaching Practitioner activity, students gained a clearer understanding of the managerial aspects of early childhood daycare institutions and the importance of professional management in supporting children’s development and well-being.
The activity is expected to strengthen students’ competencies in managing early childhood education services and prepare them for professional roles in daycare settings.
