This event served as a meaningful gathering designed to strengthen the relationships among the children, volunteers, and university students following the completion of the three-week volunteer program.

The closing event was attended by kindergarten-aged children as well as volunteers who had actively contributed to supporting the learning process throughout the program.
The activity began with participants gathering together in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. The children and volunteers interacted closely while waiting for the main event to begin. The strong bonds that had developed throughout the previous activities were evident through the natural conversations and interactions shared among the participants.
The highlight of the event was a group screening of the movie Jumbo. The film was selected as a form of entertainment while also providing an opportunity for children to reflect on positive values presented throughout the story. During the screening, the children watched attentively and enthusiastically, fully engaged in the storyline. The activity created an enjoyable and memorable experience that could be shared by everyone present.
Following the movie screening, the event continued with the presentation of appreciation gifts to the volunteers in recognition of their dedication, time, and valuable contributions throughout the learning and developmental activities conducted at the Dharma Putra Swadaya (DPS) Social Unit. This gesture symbolized gratitude and appreciation for the volunteers’ commitment to supporting the successful implementation of the program.
The participants then exchanged greetings and expressed their gratitude to one another as a reflection of the meaningful relationships that had been built throughout the volunteer program. This moment further strengthened the bonds among the children, volunteers, and university students in a warm and family-like atmosphere.
As the final activity, a group photo session was held involving the volunteers, university students, and all participants to capture the meaningful moments they had shared together. These photographs serve as lasting memories and a symbol of the successful completion of the volunteer program.
Overall, the closing event not only provided a joyful and memorable experience for the children but also reinforced the values of togetherness, care, and collaboration among all parties involved. It is hoped that this experience will inspire continued contributions toward supporting the growth and development of young children through positive and meaningful activities in the future.
